Cancellation Policy
We sincerely appreciate your business and your respect for our salon and spa scheduling policies. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged in full.
